Has any woman experienced bladder problems similar to Interstitial Cystitis after pre term labor?

I went into pre-term labor with my daughter-15 years ago. The placenta separated from the uterus. The day I went into pre-term labor is the day my bladder problems started. I have been diagnosed with Interstitial Cystitis. I think something else happened. I don’t think it is coincidental. Has anyone experienced this?
