I need help I have IC interstital Cystitis does anyone know of a place where they have support mettings ?

Anyone ever had a cat with feline cystitis? If so what did the vet tell you about it?

My cat has been diagnoised with feline cystitis. One vet say take away her dry food, one vet says it doesn’t matter. she also is in pain what do you do for that?
